How We GROW Productivity
Each Growcery Garden Studio session follows a simple rhythm designed to help you begin, focus, and make meaningful progress.
All sessions take place live via Zoom in a small group environment.
G — Get New Information
Each session begins with a short lesson or activity designed to help you get started.
Purpose: reduce fear, resistance, or procrastination before beginning your work.
This might include a productivity tool, a mindset shift, or a brief grounding exercise to help you enter the session with clarity.
R — Rightly Decide
Rightly decide which focus structure you’ll use during the session.
Options include:
Time Boxing
30-minute focus containers designed to help you start quickly.
Pomodoro
Classic 25-minute focus cycles within a longer work session.
Flowtime Method
Work continuously until natural fatigue, then pause intentionally.
Ultradian Rhythm
90-minute deep work cycles aligned with the brain’s natural focus patterns.
O — Ongoing Check-In
Throughout the session, members check in with themselves.
Purpose: maintain awareness of energy, attention, and regulation while working.
You may pause to stretch, hydrate, breathe, or reset before continuing.
This keeps the work trauma-aware and sustainable, even while we “get right on widdit.”
W — work “Widdit”
Work steadily “widdit” on the task you came to do.
Purpose: focus, make progress, and move the work forward.
Progress — not perfection — is the goal.
